TINJAUAN TERMODINAMIKA DAN KESETIMBANGAN KIMIA dalam HUBUNGAN PERUBAHAN temperamen TERHADAP KONVERSI reaksi EPOKSIDASI ASAM OLEAT BERBASIS SAWIT


Termodinamika adalah suatu tool yang terutang berguna dalam memahami kesetimbangan kimia yang terjadi secara alami. Energi Bebas Gibbs adalah deviasi satu dari parameter termodinamika yang menyatakan apakah kelangsungan suatu menjawab terjadi secara sukarela atau noel spontan. Konfigurasi setimbang reaksi ditentukan malalui DG° dan K. Biaya G ini adalah berubah seiring dengan perubahan bahan kimia reaktan menjadi produk. Kesetimbangan menjawab atau pergeseran respon kimia antara go dipengaruhi melalui suhu reaksi. Epoksidasi asam oleat merupakan respon eksotermis reversible. Pada reaksi eksotermis reversible, bila suhu dinaikkan (T2 lebih terlalu tinggi dari T1), maka pengeluaran K become menurun (K2 lebih small dari K1) sehingga X2 lebih small dari X1. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengetahui koneksi antara perubahan temperamen terhadap konversi menjawab ditinjau secara termodinamika dan kesetimbangan kimia. Perilaku penelitian ini menggunakan metode reaksi epoksidasi di dalam suatu sistem katalis padat. Epoksidasi asam oleat menjangkau asam performat yang dibentuk secara in situ batin suatu sistem menjawab katalis padat. Proses data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisa bilangan iodin diatas produk epoksi asam oleat. Konversi maksimum terjadi di ~ suhu menjawab 65oC. Berdasarkan tinjauan termodinamika dan kesetimbangan kimia, pengaruh suhu menjawab terhadap konversi epoksidasi asam oleat sesuai dengan sama Van’t Hoff dan principle Le Chatelier.
